Because our products are made in small batches to preserve purity and freshness, we must apply specific guidelines to ensure safety and quality for all customers.
Eligibility for Returns

Unopened & Unused Products Only
Due to hygiene and product integrity, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. -
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Refunds & Credits
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours (wrong or damaged product).
- In certain cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange instead of a refund.

How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note on Freshness & Hygiene
Because our formulas are preservative-free and freshly made, product safety and quality are our top priority. For this reason, we cannot restock or resell opened items. We thank you for understanding and supporting our commitment to delivering the freshest skincare and haircare possible.
